Linton Police Department is the local municipal department of Linton, Virginia. It appears during the flashback episode of Season Three.

After Dominique Kohl was kidnaped by Francis Xavier Quinn, Reacher managed to track him down in an attempt to save Dominique's life. However, he was too late as Dominique was already dead by the time he arrived. Instead of arresting Quinn, Reacher then holds Quinn at gunpoint and walks with him to a cliff's edge. Reacher then asks Quinn what Dominique's first name was, and when Quinn doesn't know Reacher says her first name was "Dominique", before he shoots Quinn in the head, and Quinn falls over the edge. Seemingly to his death.
In the aftermath, Officer Williams of the Linton Police Department arrived to secure the scene and make sure Reacher was okay. To which Reacher lied about Quinn escaping to cover up his attempted murder at the hands of Reacher.
