Little Wing is the code name for a new anti-missile technology developed by New Age Technologies.
The system is deployed as a Surface to Air Missile (SAM) that has been designed to defeat all existing anti-missile defenses and to fly up and past the target. After apparently missing the target, Little Wing re-acquires the target from above and proceed to destroy its target.

Little Wing was developed and manufactured by New Age Technologies. The missile hardware is built and assembled in Colorado but then needs to have the control software installed which is manufactured in New York.
The Little Wing project has been funded by Senator Malcolm Lavoy who believes that it will be used for defensive purposes by the United States. However, the security team at New Age Technologies is comprised of corrupt, former NYPD personnel who intend to steal and sell some of the missiles to the highest bidder, which could include foreign terrorist organizations.
