Margrave Police Department (MPD) is the local police department of small town Margrave, Georgia.

In Welcome to Margrave, the MPD arrests Jack Reacher under suspicion of murder. His intake is completed by Roscoe Conklin, while Chief Morrison harasses Reacher. He is interrogated by Chief Detective Oscar Finlay, and despite his innocence being rather clear, Reacher is placed back into holding. He is joined by Paul Hubble whose spontaneous confession to the murder has created a conflict in the case. Reacher points out the connection between Stevenson and Hubble, with Stevenson explaining that Hubble was with the family the night of the murder and couldn't have been responsible for the killings. Morrison orders that Reacher stay locked up until they can confirm his alibi, so Reacher and Hubble are both transferred to the local prison. The next day, Reacher's alibi clears with help from Roscoe and both himself and Hubble are released. However, another body is found making two murders in two days. Reacher positively ID's the first victim as his older brother Joe.
In Pie, Finlay is captured by Officer Baker and kept in a Margrave PD cell while being beaten. Reacher drives a pickup truck into the side of the building, pinning Baker against the wall, crushing him to death. Reacher, Hubble, and Finlay prepare to save Roscoe and the Hubble girls who have been kidnapped by KJ Kliner. Frances Neagley joins the trio. The group takes weapons and ammunition from the weapons vault. After the Kliner money counterfeiting scheme is ended, Finlay reveals his plan to leave Margrave after he ensures the PD can rebuild. He also wants to help Roscoe achieve whatever she wants, which includes a potential run for Mayor.
