Molly Beth Gordon is a character appearing in the novel Killing Floor.
Molly Beth works for the U.S. Treasury Service along with Joe Reacher who she is linked to romantically. After Joe is found murdered, Reacher and Detective Finlay discover that Molly Beth has information related to what Joe was working on at the time of his death. She offers to travel to Georgia to provide evidence to Reacher and Finlay, but before they meet, Molly Beth is killed.
