Sheriff Raymond Wood was the sheriff of Keewah County, Oklahoma in the film, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back. He was in charge of trafficking illegals into the U.S. on military soil. But was investigated by Jack Reacher and arrested by Military Police officers.
Biography[]
Jack Reacher: Never Go Back[]
After Reacher had conducted an investigation into Raymond and his entire sheriff's department about sex trafficking illegal immigrants into the United States through U.S. Army soil. He managed to expose the conspiracy, before being caught by Raymond and his deputy.
Raymond, unaware of Reacher's investigation, prepared to arrest him and send him to the county jail. However, Reacher told Raymond that in 90 seconds, the phone will ring, and Wood will be wearing the cuffs on his way to jail for kidnapping and selling undocumented immigrants on military soil.
Raymond doesn't believe this, until the nearby phone rings and he answers. Before a squad of Military Police officer's arrived on scene and detained Raymond Wood and his deputy, as Jack Reacher left the diner and moved on.
Personality and Traits[]
Raymond is a snarky and cocky individual. Who seemingly believed he was unstoppable and to powerful for someone like Jack Reacher to touch.

Raymond is an older man with blackish-gray hair, fair skin, and a somewhat overweight build.
