Steven Eliot is a rookie DEA agent who is fresh-faced and new to the job.
Biography[]
Eliot is a DEA agent who worked for his superior officer, Susan Duffy.
As part of the investigation into Bizarre Bazaar, Duffy's team plans to stage a kidnapping attempt of Richard Beck. Eliot acts as a driver who rams his car into Beck's car and he grabs Richard. Reacher then shoots him, faking his death.
Later, he is responsible for looking after John Cooper after Cooper gets taken hostage by them. Cooper attempts to manipulate Eliot to let him free, but he remains firm. After Cooper requests a cigarette, Eliot lights it up for him. Cooper, taking advantage of this situation, blows the fire into Eliot's face and then proceeds to kick him brutally till he becomes unconscious.
Duffy later finds his body in the cabin and checks for a pulse, but she does not get one. Soon, the ambulance arrive to take his body. After the case, Duffy and Villanueva deliver Eliot's badge to his family.
