Many years prior ago, Susan Turner joined the Military Police and rose to the rank of major. She eventually joined the 110th Special Investigations Unit and became close friends with Jack Reacher. She then took over his position as commander after he retired.
Season Three[]
In 2025, Reacher called the headquarters of the 110th to report that he discovered Francis Xavier Quinn was still alive and to request the help of Turner. However, he only got into contact with Warrant Officer Powell who told Reacher that she was undercover and incommunicado for two weeks.
