The Kliner Foundation was an organization that, on the surface, spends a great deal of money on the businesses and institutions of the town of Margrave, Georgia. In actuality, the organization ran a large counterfeiting operation.
Eventually, after Joe Reacher was caught and killed while investigating the company. Jack Reacher set his sights on ending or exposing anyone involved with Joe's death—a goal he later managed to achieve before burning their facility to the ground.
