Williams is a police officer with the Linton Police Department. Who was the second to arrive on scene after Reacher had attempted to save Dominique Kohl from Francis Xavier Quinn.

Biography

Series

After Reacher had seemingly killed Quinn and mourned the loss of Kohl. Officer Williams arrived on scene to investigate after Reacher had contacted the police. He initially thought Reacher was responsible before he identified himself as an MP. Williams then questioned where Quinn was and Reacher lied, saying that he had escaped. Unbeknownst to the both of them that he was still alive, just out at sea.
